The annual cycle

Annual dues assessed
Every lot is billed for the fiscal year's annual dues ($50). Members are notified by email and can pay online immediately.
June 1 · annually
Dues due in full
Payments received after this date are considered late and accrue fees per the approved schedule.
July 1
30-day late fee assessed
Unpaid accounts receive the 30-day late fee.
September 1
90-day late fee assessed
Remaining unpaid accounts receive the additional 90-day late fee. Accounts may be referred for collection.
